Kevin Clegg is CEO of Clegg Auto, A More Company, the first U.S. employee-owned trust holding company.  It was created in 2022, when the ownership group transitioned the 4 operating businesses into the trust.  

Based on the overwhelming success of the transition, Kevin is taking the principles learned and developed over the last 3 years to launch an Employee Ownership HoldCo Network that utilizes a master employee owned trust and shared services to create the easy button for employee ownership to go mainstream.  This network provides a legitimate solution for the Silver Tsunami and the associated thousands of small business owners transitioning their businesses over the next 10-15 years.

Prior to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Kevin was in HR leadership roles at Honeywell, Pulte Homes, Jacuzzi and USAA.  He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University.  

Kevin is past Board Chair of A Child's Hope Foundation and continues to advocate for improving the lives of orphaned and vulnerable children globally.  He resides in Utah with his wife, Shaile, cherishing time with their children, spouses, and four grandchildren.
