Co-founder of Braintrust Network, the first and largest user-owned talent network that connects large enterprises like Nike, Bank of America, Goldman Sachs with highly skilled technical talent. Unlike traditional models, at Braintrust, we enable talent to keep 100% of their market rate and organizations to access flexible teams and save 2-3x on their budgets. We do this by cutting out the middlemen and using token incentives to align the interests of our network members. Prior to Co-Founding Braintrust I started Upshift Partners and Upshift Capital to invest and advise some of the most innovative marketplaces in Silicon Valley including LendingHome, Uber, Thumbtack, Betterdoctor and Quartzy. I am also a board member of YPO, a global network of entrepreneurs and a guest lecturer at USC and Harvard Business School.
